Help instill leadership skills in the next generation of Rotarians-- become part of the RYLA team!  We'll be working with high school sophomores & juniors (male & female) in an exciting, fun atmosphere. Here's more:

  • Facilitators don't have to be Rotarians (but they'll want to become Rotarians after RYLA!).
  • Facilitators must be 21 or older.
  • We'll train you! There is a two-part training: the first part is online prior to RYLA, and the second part is on the Wednesday night that RYLA starts.
  • There is no cost to serve as a facilitator, but you'll need to get yourself to and from conference.
  • Facilitators must be able to pass a criminal background check.
  • Facilitators must submit a personal medical history.
  • Facilitators must be able to stay for the whole duration of RYLA, and participate fully in all sessions and activities as appropriate.
