Each year, Interact high school students have the unique opportunity to join Rotarians for a service project on the Hopi Nation, a Native American tribe whose villages date back to 1200 A.D. Descendants of the Anasazi culture, the Hopi Nation live on the mesa’s of Northeastern Arizona.
This year, we will be providing firewood, critical for cooking and warmth and helping repair a school and/or local homes. Interactors will work with local Hopi students teaching life skills through Jr. Achievement.
